Hi, I’m Haylie! (she/her)
I’m so glad you’re here.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #20756) who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship issues, and sex & intimacy concerns. My aim is to help you move out of your head and reconnect with your body, emotions, and authentic needs so you can feel more grounded and secure in yourself and your relationships.
Many people learn to cope by disconnecting from emotions, needs, or vulnerable parts of themselves. I believe meaningful change often begins when we can bring curiosity and compassion to these ways we have learned to cope, but are no longer serving us.
My work is informed by emotion-focused therapy and parts work approaches. I also integrate cognitive approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) depending on your needs. I aim to create a collaborative space where you can better understand your emotional patterns, your protective responses, and the different “parts” of yourself that emerge in relationships and everyday life.
I am committed to providing an inclusive and nonjudgmental space for individuals of all backgrounds, including members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. I work from a neurodivergent-affirming and sex-positive lens, recognizing that there is no one right way to experience sexuality, relationships, intimacy, or identity. My goal is to support clients in exploring their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity.
